3-4 lb tri-tip roast liberally seasoned with Cavenders Greek Seasoning Mix
Put in a large resealable bag and add enough olive oil to coat the meat.
Add 5-6 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced. Seal bag and marinate at least 4 hours and up to 24 hours, turning often.

Prepare grill for indirect medium heat with a drip pan the middle of the grill. Add meat and cover. Cook to desired doneness; adding coals as needed.
