TRIPLE FUDGE BROWNIES

1 (3.9 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
1 box chocolate cake mix
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Confectioners sugar

Prepare pudding according to package directions. Whisk in cake mix. Stir in chips. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Dust with confectioners sugar.
