HAM, POTATO AND CHEESE SOUP

12 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 large onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced carrots and celery
1 cup grated gouda and cheddar cheese
1/2 lb processed cheese, cubed
1 lb cubed ham
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Ground pepper, to taste
3-4 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
Water
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Place potatoes, chopped vegetables and ham in a stock pot. Cover with water and cook until potatoes are almost tender. Remove about 1 cup potatoes and mash in a bowl with a fork. Add some of the liquid from the pan, about 1 tbsp at a time, along with the flour until a thick paste forms. Add back to pot. Place cheese in pot and let soup simmer, stirring until cheese melts and the soup is thick. Add pepper to taste. Garnish with bacon.
