SPICY HAM GLAZED PORK CHOPS

5-6 center 1/4 inch cup pork chops
1 cup honey or molasses
1 1/2 tsp parsley
1/4 tsp rubbed sage and cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp course black pepper
2 tbsp onions, chopped fine
1 part garlic, chopped fine
2 tbsp olive oil
olive oil cooking spray

Mix items down from honey to pepper in a large flat bowl. In a small skillet add oil, garlic and onions. Simmer until onions are transparent and smaller. Add a small amount of water if necessary to keep from burning. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.

Preheat oven to 325. Remove onions and garlic mixture and add to honey mixture. Dip chops in glaze, turn and place inside dish. Bake for 1 hours.
