PEANUT BUTTER DELIGHTS

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3 cups quick cooking rolled oats, not instant
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts
Flaked coconut

In a saucepan, bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add next 4 ingredients. Mix thoroughly and drop by rounded tspfuls onto waxed paper. Sprinkle with coconut and let stand until cool. Store in airtight container.
