TURTLE CHEESECAKE DIP

2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup pecans, divided
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Mix cream cheese, brown sugar, powdered sugar, half of the pecans and chocolate chips. Shape into a ball or loaf. Place on a platter, drizzle with caramel, remaining pecans, and chocolate sauce. Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers.
