MARINATED SIRLOIN STEAK

1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak
1/2 tsp garlic salt, seasoning salt and brown sauce
2 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp country-style Dijon mustard

Preheat grill to medium high. In a small bowl, mix ingredients except for steak. Place steak in a pan and pour half the marinade on steak. Using a fork, poke several holes over the surface of the meat. Repeat on the other side and turn to coat. Allow to marinade for 14 minutes. Grill 6 minutes on each side, brushing with reserved marinade. Serves 4

Add potatoes; toss gently to coat.
