BANANA BREEZE PIE

Crust
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Filling
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 medium bananas, sliced
Topping
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 medium bananas, sliced
Crust: Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and press firmly into a 9 inch pie pan. Chill 1 hour or until firm. (If desired, can be baked at 375 for 10 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling.)
Filling: Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl. Line the 3 sliced bananas onto bottom of chilled crust. Top with filling. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Dip remaining banana slices in lemon juice and top over pie.
