CRAB CHEESEBALL

Category: Cheeseballs

6 oz crabmeat
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tsp chives, chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder and salt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Drain crabmeat and remove cartilage. Blend cream cheese and next3 ingredients. Fold in crabmeat. Shape into a log or ball. Roll in nuts. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
