STRAWBERRY SAUCE II

5 tbsp butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 cup strawberries, crushed
1 egg white

Cream butter. Slowly add sugar until well blended. Gradually add strawberries, beating until smooth. Add egg white and beat until sauce is light and barely holds a soft peak. Cover and chill.
