MUSHROOM BUTTER SAUCE

1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tsp instant chicken bouillon granules
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp lemon juice

Combine first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until most of the liquid is evaporated. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Heat through. Remove from heat. Using a whisk, stir in butter 1 tbsp at a time until melted. Stir in lemon juice. Keep sauce warm up to 30 minutes. DO NOT LET IT BOIL.
