MARINATED SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and lemon juice
1/4 tsp chopped garlic in oil
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes

Combine ingredients and mix well. Marinate in refrigerator overnight. NOTE: Good in pasta.
