COFFEE MAC-NUT CHOCOLATE CHUNK PIE

1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
1/4 lb unsalted butter
1/2 sugar
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups dark corn syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
8 eggs
2 tbsp espresso coffee
3 cups macadamia nuts, diced

Heat butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Transfer to mixing bowl. Stir in chocolate until melted. Add corn syrup, vanilla, and salt. Add eggs and incorporate until smooth. Evenly spread nuts on bottom of pie shell; cove with chocolate mixture. Bake at 300 for 45-55 minutes. Chill.
