IRISH COFFEE LIQUEUR MUFFINS

2 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup Irish whiskey and coffee liqueur

Preheat oven to 400. In a large mixing bowl, sift dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients, blending until moist. Fill paper-lined muffin tins and bake approximately 20 minutes.
