BRISKET BEER MOP

12 can beer
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup water and oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp pepper, salt and cayenne pepper

Mix ingredients in a saucepan over low heat. Cook until thoroughly dissolved. Mop over brisket every hour until brisket is cooked. (Cook brisk for 1 - 1 1/4 hours per pound in a smoker at 200 - 220 degrees.
