BASIC RIB FINISHING SAUCE

1 quart ketchup
6 oz mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 lb butter
1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Simmer at least 1 hour. Apply when the ribs are done and coals are cooler.
