1 gallon apples, cooked and rubbed through a colander or gallon-size apple sauce
1/2 gallon sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar

Place in a pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Turn temperature down to 300 and cook for about 3 hours or until desired thickness. Remove from oven. Stir in 3 rounded tbsp cinnamon and mix well. Seal in warm jars.
