1/2 cup whipping cream
1 (4 oz) pkg sweet baking chocolate, chopped
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Heat whipping cream in a saucepan until hot, do not boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate, stir until melted. Stir in vanilla.
NOTE: Good over ice cream, pound cake, pastries.
