CRAB AND SHRIMP SEASONING

1 1/2 tbsp celery seed and salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard, dried ground gingerand thyme
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp ground pepper
2 whole bay leaves, crushed

Blend together in a food processor or blender and store in a dry container. NOTE: Good seasoning for Fried Catfish.
