HAM GLAZE

1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup orange juice, white wine, or apple cider
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbs Dijon-style mustard
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Bake ham according to package directions. While ham is baking, combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water and orange juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in remaining ingredients. About 30 minutes before ham is done, remove from oven. Spoon the glaze onto the surface of the ham. Return to oven and continue baking. Serve ham with remaining glaze. Serves 12.
