BAKED EGGS II

6 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp chopped onion
1 oz diced ham
1 tsp chopped dried chives
1 1/4 cups grated Havarti cheese, divided

Beat the eggs, then add the sour cream, pepper, onion, ham, chives, and 1 cup of the cheese, stirring to blend (the mixture will be lumpy).


Pour into a greased 8 inch baking dish and bake at 375 for 35 minutes. When set, remove from the oven, sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese, and return to the oven long enough to melt the cheese topping, about 3 minutes. Serve hot.
