BAKED EGGS I

1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp cubed cheddar
1 tbsp diced ham
2 eggs
1 tbsp sour cream
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400 and lightly grease one 3 inch ramekin per serving. Add dill, cheese, and ham to ramekin, then break eggs over that. Add a dollop of sour cream, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place ramekins in a baking pan, add water to the pan to cover half way up the side of the ramekins, and bake about 15 minutes. Serve immediately. The ingredients listed fill one ramekin for a single serving, but you can bake multiple ramekins at the same time.
