4 cups cider vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice and Louisiana-style hot sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp granulated onion, granulated garlic, black pepper and ground cayenne pepper
1-2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Combine the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. Keep warm and serve over pulled pork.

Makes about 6 cups.
