2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
5-6 cloves garlic, minced
Freshly ground pepper
Combine ingredients and pour over met. marinate in the refrigerator.
This is also can be used to baste the meat as it is cooked. Goon on red meat, fish or chicken.
