2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 cup banana liqueur
3 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Melt butter in a skillet. Carefully add liqueur; let flame for 2-3 minutes. Add bananas and remaining ingredients. Let reduce for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Serve over ice cream.
