SPICY APPLE PANCAKES

Category: Pancakes

2 cups baking mix
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup grated apple, about 2 medium

Beat by hand, first 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in apple. Bake on griddle until done.
