CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES

1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tbsp melted butter
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Preheat griddle or skillet. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix together liquid ingredients and beat into dry mixture until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto hot griddle. Cook until the bubbles that form on top begin to pop before flipping. Cook 1 minute more or until lightly browned. Serve immediately topped with favorite syrup.
