BLUEBERRY OVEN PANCAKES

2 cups baking mix
1 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar and vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

Preheat oven to 425. Grease a jelly-roll pan. Beat all ingredients except berries; then fold in. Spread batter in pan, distributing berries evenly. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 12 pieces. Serve immediately with warm syrup.
