BAKED APPLE PECAN MAPLE PANCAKES

1 1/2 cups ready-made pancake batter
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup peeled and sliced Granny Smith apples
1/3 cup pecans, chopped
3 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. Pour melted butter in a 9” pie plate. Place apple slices in bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans and drizzle syrup over apples. Carefully pour batter on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Loosen edges and invert onto serving plate. Cut in wedges and serve with warm syrup and/or apple butter.
