AMARETTO PANCAKES

2 cups baking mix
1/2 cup almond slices
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk
1/4 cup amaretto

Amaretto butter
2 tbsp amaretto
1/2 cup butter, softened

Amaretto syrup
1/4 cup amaretto
1 cup maple syrup

Pancakes: Combine ingredients until just blended. Pour into a hot buttered skillet in 1/4 cup measure and cook until all are done, keeping warm in a low heated oven.
Butter: Combine ingredients until well blended.

Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine ingredients and heat to boiling. Cool before serving.
