CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM MUFFINS

5 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 baking square chocolate
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Melt chocolates and butter together until smooth and allow to cool. Mix together next 5 ingredients and blend with melted chocolates.

Mix together dry ingredients and add to the chocolate mixture and blend very well. Add chocolate chips. Pour into greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from muffin tins and allow to cool on wire racks.
