CHOCOLATE AND SOUR CREAM MUFFINS

5 oz semi-sweet chocolate
2 baking chocolate squares
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Melt chocolates and butter together and stir until blended. Allow to cool. Mix sour cream and next 4 ingredients. Blend with the melted chocolate.

Combine the dry ingredients and add the chocolate mixture and blend very well. Add the chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from muffin tins and allow to cool on wire racks.
