PARMESAN NOODLES

1 (8 oz) pkg fine egg noodles, cooked
1/2 cup butter
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tbsp whipping cream
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp minced parsley

Pour noodles into a large serving dish and keep warm. Melt butter in a small saucepan and saute onion until tender. Add cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth. Do not boil. Pour sauce over noodles, add parsley and gently mix. NOTE: Grease as a side for chicken, pork or beef.
