CARAWAY NOODLES

1 (12 oz) pkg medium egg noodles
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp caraway seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Cook the noodles according to the package directions, then drain and place in a large serving bowl; set aside and keep warm. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the caraway seeds and saute for 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cooked noodles and serve immediately. Serves 6
