STUFFING-CRUSTED CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1 (6 oz) pkg stuffing mix for chicken, divided
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 (16 oz) bag frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed, well drained
1 (7 oz) can corn, drained
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1-1/2 cups hot water

Heat oven to 400. Sprinkle 1/2 cup dry stuffing mix onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken, garlic powder and stir-fry vegetables. Mix corn and dressing; spoon over vegetable layer in dish; set aside.

Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Spoon over corn mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
