2 cups chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp tomato paste and balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
2 cups bow tie pasta
1 cup cooked green peas
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook on low heat until pepper is tender. Stir in the next 3 ingredients; remove from heat. Puree mixture. Meanwhile, cook pasta al dente. Drain. Mix together pasts and remaining ingredients.
