BAKED NOODLE CASSEROLE

1 (8 oz) pkg fine noodles, cooked aldente
1 cup cottage cheese and sour cream
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot pepper sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Additional sour cream
Parmesan cheese

Drain cooked noodles. Meanwhile, mix next 8 ingredients in a butter casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until brown and crusty on top. Serve hot with additional sour cream and parmesan cheese. Serves 8
