PECAN PIE MINI-MUFFINS

1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
2/3 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, beaten
Cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350. Combine brown sugar, flour, and pecans in large bowl. In small bowl combine butter and eggs. Stir in flour mixture just until moistened. Grease mini-muffin cups and fill 3/4 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Remove immediately to wire rack to cool.
