SPICY PARTY PEANUTS

3 cups shelled peanuts
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp curry
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp kosher or sea salt

Heat oven to 300. In a medium bowl, combine ingredients. Transfer to a aluminum foil lined baking sheet and spread into one layer. Bake 10 minutes -- giving the pan a good shake halfway through. Remove and shake the pan again. Cool.
