SWEET POTATO PIE

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
4 tbsp butter melted
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground nutmeg and cinnamon
1/4 baking powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup good bourbon

Beat eggs into the mashed sweet potatoes unit incorporated into mixture. Then mix rest of ingredients, again mix well but do not over do at this point. Pour into a pie pan and bake at 325 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
