PIZZA-PESTO SANDWICHES

1 (6 oz) pkg sliced mozzarella cheese, cut into thirds
8 (1 inch) slices Italian bread
1/4 cup pizza and pesto sauces
20 slices pepperoni
2 tbsp butter, softened

Arrange 1 cheese slice on each of the 4 slices of bread; spread evenly with pizza sauce. Top each evenly with another cheese slices, and apread evenly with pesto sauce. Arrange 20 pepperoni slices over pesto sauce; top with remaining cheese slices and remaining bread slices. Spread half of butter on tops of sandwiches. Invert sandwiches onto a hot skillet and cook over medium heat until browned. Spread remaining butter on ungrilled sides of sandwiches; turn and cook until browned. Serve immediately. Serves 4
