GRILLED CHICKEN TORTILLAS

Marinade
2 limes, squeezed
3 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp bottled hot pepper sauce
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
12 flour tortillas
3 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 jar chunky salsa
In a resealable bag, combine marinade ingredients and add chicken; turning bag to coat chicken. Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour or overnight in refrigerator. Stack tortillas and wrap in foil; set aside. Place chicken on prepared grill about 8 inches from heat. Grill about 8-10 minutes on each side or until fork tender. Remove to a platter and cut into strips.
While chicken is cooking, heat tortillas by placing foil-wrapped package on side of grill; turn package once or twice. To assemble, sprinkle tortillas with chicken and remaining ingredients. Roll up to seal.
