CHICKEN WINGS IN RANCH SAUCE

Meat
4 lbs chicken wings
Salt and pepper
Sauce
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp celery seed or celery salt
1 tsp salt
2 dashes hot pepper sauce (up to 3)
Preheat oven to 350. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper to taste. Place in roasting pan. Bake for 1 hour. Drain. Combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer until onions are tender. Pour sauce over chicken wings. Bake for 30-45 minutes, basting wings, if necessary. Serves 8-10
NOTE: If sauce gets too thick, add water
