1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa (use hotter salsa for a spicier dip!)
Combine cream cheese and salsa in mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer until creamy. Stir in cheese. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers, chips, fresh veggies, etc.
