CHEESE SPREAD II

Category: Spreads -- Cold

1 lb butter, room temperature
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature
1.4 lb grated Romano cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic power
1/2 tsp paprika

Cream together butter and cheddar cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and combine. Use as a spread for toasted bread or spread on bread slices and broil until bubbly.
