ALMOND CRUSTED FRENCH TOAST

1 cup finely ground roasted almonds
3 large eggs
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup milk
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp corn oil
12 slices brioche or challah bread
1 cup strawberries, sliced and sprinkled lightly with sugar

Place ground almonds in a shallow bowl. Whisk together eggs, yogurt and milk. Heat butter and oil in a large skillet until butter is melted and foamy. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture and then into ground almonds. Cook over medium heat until lightly browned on each side. Serve warm with strawberry slices.
