TURKEY, APPLE AND HAZELNUT SALAD

2 cups shredded, cooked turkey
3 green onions, finely chopped
1 large Gala or Braeburn apple, cored and chopped
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsp toasted chopped hazelnuts
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp cider vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups watercress, tough stems removed

Combine ingredients and cover tightly in a bowl at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve on a place covered with watercress and top with turkey mixture. Serves 4
