CARAMEL ORANGE FONDUE

1 (14 oz) bag caramels
1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 tsp grated orange rind

Dippers: marshmallows, pound cake cubes, assortment of fruit,
Coconut, chopped nuts

Microwave caramels, juice and rind in a medium bowl on high for 3 minutes; stir. Continue microwaving 30 seconds to 1 minute or until sauce is smooth. Stirring every 30 seconds. Pour into a fondue pot; keep warm while serving. Dip in favorite dipper and roll in coconut or nuts.
