SPICY FRANKS (Crock Pot)

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce and Dijon mustard
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 lb hot dogs, cocktail wieners or smoky links, cut into bite-size pieces

Combine everything in a crock pot except hot dogs and 1-2 hours, until well blended. Add hot dogs, stir and cook another 1-2 hours, until heated through. Turn to low to keep warm and serve from crock pot.
