GARLIC LOVERS SHRIMP

12-15 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, cut in small pieces
1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp, shelled and deveined
Salt and pepper, to taste

Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Add garlic and crushed pepper. Season shrimp with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Add shrimp to pan and cook, stirring frequently, until pink. Serve immediately with toothpicks. Serves 6
